Improvements are made to the factory initial tune's fuel, timing and AVCS (variable cam timing) parameters to produce optimal performance, throttle response, driveability and economy.
A standard MY09 WRX with ChipTorque's mailorder plug-in HP0 tune set made up to a 29% improvement in power achieving 164kW at the wheels in power and an additional 95Nm of torque and the flywheel.
